Delivery Rates
All delivery rates apply to UK Mainland (England, Scotland and Wales):

Northern Ireland: Flat rate delivery of £59.95 on all orders.
Scottish Highlands and Islands: Surcharges may apply. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Pre-Orders:
- The pre-order dates shown at the time of purchase are based on our supplier's estimations. While these dates are typically accurate, we cannot guarantee the stock will arrive on the exact estimated date. We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, so please keep this in mind when placing a pre-order.
- We will keep you informed of any changes and you are always entitled to a full refund if the estimated arrival date changes.
Order Confirmation:
- Once you place an order, we will pre-authorise your card, but it won't be charged immediately.
- We'll then confirm with our supplier that your item is available for immediate shipment. If available, we will charge your card and dispatch your order. If the item is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and inform you promptly.
Order Delivery:
- For in-stock items, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days after payment is processed. If tracking details are available, we will email them to you within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don't receive tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at support@migointeriors.co.uk.
- Larger items may not have tracking numbers, but you will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange delivery.
- Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Orders are delivered to your door by a single delivery driver. If you require a two-man delivery service to bring the items into your home (ground floor only), please contact us for a quote.
- If delivery needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to avoid a re-delivery surcharge.
Damages
We kindly ask that you inspect all items thoroughly at the point of delivery. If any items arrive damaged, please do not accept them. If you discover damage after delivery, send clear photos of the affected item(s) to support@migointeriors.co.uk within 24 hours so we can initiate an insurance claim.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email, phone, or live chat.
- Pre-dispatch cancellations: Orders cancelled before dispatch may be subject to additional fees.
- Post-dispatch cancellations: If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
