If you find an identical product available from another authorised UK retailer at a lower price, we'll match it. It's that simple. We believe you shouldn't have to choose between the best price and the best service — at Migo, you get both.
How It Works
- Find a lower price — locate the identical product on another UK retailer's website at a lower price.
- Contact us — email us at support@migointeriors.co.uk or use our contact form with a link to the competitor's listing.
- We'll verify and match — once we've confirmed the product is identical and currently available at the lower price, we'll match it on your order.
Conditions
Our price promise applies when all of the following are met:
- The product must be identical — same brand, model, size, colour, and specification
- The competitor must be an authorised UK retailer with the item currently in stock and available for delivery
- The comparison price includes delivery (we compare total delivered cost)
- The competitor is not a marketplace seller (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, eBay), auction site, or clearance outlet
- The price is not the result of a pricing error on the competitor's website
- The claim must be made at the time of purchase or within 7 days of your order
